An interior remodelling, reorganisation and extension of a rooftop pavilion on the corner of Hoxton Street and Hoxton Square in London's East End. The project opened up the interior of the building, creating a series of connected spaces out of the previously cellular arrangement of rooms as well as maximising views across the city.

The interior was conceived as a series of bespoke furniture pieces fabricated in plywood,including a new stair, a stacked 'ply on edge' kitchen and a bath. The new central fireplace, which defines the living and dining spaces, also acts as both a projection screen and as storage for the audio visual equipment.
